I work at the intersection of people and technology, where ideas get translated into useful, working systems.
Over the past few years, I’ve built AI-powered analytics platforms, designed intelligent workflows, and shipped products that turn complex data into decisions. My background spans consulting, product strategy, and enterprise AI, giving me the range to move between big-picture thinking and ground-level implementation.
I learn best by building. Outside of work, I have worked on a variety of projects, including data science tools, machine learning models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents, all designed to address everyday challenges.
At C5i, I drove the implementation of Discovery, our award-winning AI-powered augmented analytics platform that transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights for enterprise teams. My work centered on uniting global teams to build scalable, user-driven solutions that make advanced analytics practical and accessible for business users.
As a Product Implementation Lead, I acted as a bridge between users and technology, translating user needs into product development, configuration, and customization, while managing program and project aspects to ensure smooth, real-world deployment. This role required a deep understanding of and empathy for users, enabling me to deliver solutions that truly fit their workflows and goals.
Key Achievements:
Global Campaign Analytics Platform: Directed the end-to-end design and global rollout of Discovery for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client, achieving adoption by over 100 marketing leads in 25+ countries. Through in-depth user research and workflow analysis, I ensured features were tailored to real business needs and integrated seamlessly with existing analytics systems, cutting reporting turnaround and accelerating time to insight.
Performance Newsletter Automation: Automated a weekly performance newsletter for a global tech giant, saving 80+ analyst hours per week by defining technical requirements, building custom data models, and orchestrating efforts across multiple development teams. This delivered consistent, AI-powered insights to global revenue teams, greatly improving reporting efficiency and the quality of data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Managed a team of five analysts, data scientists, and designers, while collaborating closely with AI engineers, software developers, and client-side experts to ensure product success and sustained client adoption. Reported directly to the Global Head of Product & Solutions, aligning strategy and execution across departments for maximum business impact.
Enterprise Prototyping & Innovation: Developed and piloted six proof-of-concepts for Fortune 500 clients in industries including automotive, B2C tech, and beverages. One-third of these prototypes advanced to full-scale products, demonstrating the adaptability and value of Discovery for high-impact enterprise challenges.
At Incivus, I worked at the intersection of AI and AdTech, shaping a platform that analyzes ad content using proprietary computer vision and NLP models. This was before the mainstream emergence of GenAI, requiring foundational work to build intelligence from scratch.
Key Achievements:
AI Product Development & Data Intelligence: Defined product requirements in close collaboration with leadership and customers, translating these into actionable plans for engineering, AI, and design teams. I worked on the early development of proprietary models by collaborating with and supporting a large-scale data labeling team to manually generate training data for computer vision, voice, sentiment, and NLP tasks.
User Research & MVP Execution: Conducted extensive user research to uncover needs and pain points. Led the design and development of MVPs by working closely with designers and engineers, ultimately shipping multiple product releases that directly responded to customer feedback.
Strategic Partnerships & Data Scalability: Evaluated and launched several AI/data partnerships, overseeing proof-of-concept testing involving millions of data points. These partnerships enhanced platform intelligence and extended its utility across multiple advertising use cases.
Entrepreneurial Venture: Contributed to the launch of an infrastructure and construction startup by helping secure funding and shape the early business roadmap, which went on to achieve 25%+ ROI by Year 3 through focused, small-scale projects. As part of this venture, I independently conceptualized and led the development of a 400-seater co-working space—overseeing strategy, design, financial modeling, and execution. Though the co-working project didn’t scale as intended, it provided deep learning in startup operations, user experience, and building from the ground up.
At Plastic Water Labs, I consulted on a gamified VR ed-tech platform and identified a powerful new use case—repurposing the product to support learning for children on the autism spectrum. I led user research to understand their needs, defined product capabilities tailored to this audience, and collaborated closely with engineering to develop and test early prototypes.
As Product Consultant at Feature Monkey, a SaaS tool for customer feedback, I led user research and interviews to shape the product roadmap and define key features. I worked closely with the team to launch the first version, focusing on usability and fast iteration. The product reached $1,000 ARR within its early release phase—validating demand and setting the foundation for future growth.
Across independent roles, I advised organizations on strategic growth and market entry. At Sattva Consulting, I designed a market entry strategy for an international conservation foundation entering India.
I advised a telecom company in the Middle East on a business acquisition proposal, helping set up a strategic team.
I also developed proposals and analysis reports for other clients, translating data into insights that guided business decisions.
My first role post-graduation in finance was at EY, where I worked as an Assurance Associate on audit engagements for Swiss mutual funds and other European wealth clients. It was my first experience being part of a large, globally distributed team—teaching me the value of structure, rigor, and collaboration. Though I eventually pivoted from finance to tech, this role laid the groundwork for my professionalism and cross-cultural communication skills.
Cochin Chamber of Commerce (Analyst Intern): Analyzed shipping data from Cochin’s seaport and airport by visiting freight agents and ports—offering an early exposure to field research and data-driven insight gathering.
Explara (Marketing & Sales Intern): Worked across SEO, Google Analytics, and sales functions—this internship introduced me to the inner workings of a tech company and laid the foundation for my later transition into tech, where I’ve since collaborated across teams in product, sales, ops, and engineering.
Centre for Social Action (Volunteer Leader): Led a team of 30+ volunteers during my undergrad, managing several tech-enabled initiatives including database design, website revamp, and mobile app development—an early glimpse into combining technology with social impact.
